Servify

Servify is a marketplace platform that connects people with local service providers. Oasis Solutions helped design, brand, and build parts of the stack: infrastructure, Backend modules, and consulting on payments, database structure, and SEO, so the Next.js product could grow across categories and regions.

The challenge

A two-sided marketplace has to serve customers, providers, and operations staff at once. Discovery, booking, notifications, and admin tools all had to stay reliable as categories and regions expanded—and personal data had to stay protected.

How we approached it

We focused on infrastructure and Backend pieces that the Next.js client could rely on: modular services, clear API boundaries, and data models that can extend as new service types are onboarded. We consulted on payments, database structure, and SEO. Mobile-friendly experiences were essential because many bookings happen on phones: listing pages, search, and booking paths were tuned for speed and readability. Backend processes for notifications, status updates, and reconciliation were designed to fail visibly rather than silently. Security, privacy, and role separation were built into core flows.

What we delivered

The platform can take new categories and regions without collapsing the original product into a rewrite. Customers find and book services on mobile; providers and admins have tooling that matches their jobs. The live product continues to evolve on this foundation.
